Insomniac
It used to be that I was just a night person--heavily so. There was this one summer where I'd be out with "friends" 'til 2 every morning and then be right back up for work at 5 in the morning, nap after work, repeat (I so miss that summer, by the way). I've alluded to this summer before, but the people involved are likely the only ones I'll not write about, sorry.
Eventually, I became used to going to bed at a more respectable hour, and getting up relatively early still. I've come to enjoy sleep.
That said, lately I've been struggling to get myself to bed before one in the morning (and then likewise struggle to wake at six). If I try going abed earlier, I just toss and turn, or stare at the clock. Masturbation used to work on the rare times this used to happen--no such luck now (not that I'm complaining; masturbation is fun).
It's beginning to vex me. That and the fact that my incredibly annoying bronchitis is still plaguing me 2-3 times a day.
Sigh.
So, does anyone have any suggestions for helping a poor man sleep?
